Ahead of the anticipated July 1 unveiling, Nothing’s upcoming Headphone (1) has surfaced online through a fresh set of leaked live photos, providing the first real-world glimpse of the company's debut over-ear headphones.
The images reveal a striking design language that adheres to Nothing’s signature aesthetic — featuring transparent elements and the company’s branding on the outer ear cups. According to the visuals, the Nothing Headphone (1) will be offered in two color variants: black and white.
Structurally, the ear cups showcase a layered build, with what appears to be a metallic base topped by a plastic casing that resembles a retro cassette. Three physical buttons are visible, with two located on the side and another embedded in the ear cup’s outer shell, likely for media or call controls.
Though designed primarily for wireless use, one of the leaked shots confirms support for wired listening via a 3.5mm audio input — a notable addition for audiophiles seeking flexibility in connectivity.
Another image focusing on the headband suggests that the headset lacks folding hinges, possibly indicating a more robust, non-collapsible frame.
Nothing has previously announced a partnership with British audio brand KEF in developing the audio experience of Headphone (1). Pricing is expected to start at $309 in the U.S., €299 in Europe, and £299 in the UK, positioning the product in the premium segment.
The headphones will launch alongside Phone (3) on July 1, as Nothing continues expanding its consumer tech portfolio.
